Job Title: Telecaller / Client Relations Executive Job Location: Hiteh City About Ventha Law Firm: Ventha Law Firm specializes in providing legal services in areas such as [Civil, Criminal, Family, Corporate, etc. – update as per firm’s practice]. We are committed to offering professional legal support and building long-term client relationships. Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and professional Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining our legal services to potential clients, fixing appointments with advocates, and maintaining client records. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain the firm’s services. Handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information. Fix appointments for clients with senior advocates. Maintain and update client databases with proper follow-up. Understand client concerns and escalate them to the legal team when required. Ensure professional communication while maintaining client confidentiality. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any discipline). Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales preferred. Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi (additional languages an advantage). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage). Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to handle sensitive client data with confidentiality.
