Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a customer-focused approach to build relationships and drive sales for our premium jewelry brand. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to inform them about offers, collections, and events. Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about products, pricing, and services. Maintain a record of calls, customer feedback, and follow-ups. Coordinate appointments and showroom visits for clients. Support sales and marketing teams in lead generation and customer engagement. Build strong client relationships through professional and courteous communication. Requirements:1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (experience in the jewelry or luxury sector preferred). Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi. Confident, polite, and result-oriented personality. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
