Manage and optimize our eCommerce channels (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) Create and maintain product listings, images, pricing, and descriptions for all SKUs Execute promotional campaigns, discount strategies, and product launches online Track and analyze website and marketplace performance metrics (traffic, conversion, ROAS, etc.) Coordinate with design, marketing, and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment and branding consistency Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocks Manage customer queries, reviews, and feedback on all platforms Stay updated with eCommerce trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm updates
