Job Description

We are looking for experienced, hardworking, and result-oriented sales professionals to join our growing luxury jewelry brand. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fine jewelry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist walk-in customers with product selection, styling, and purchase decisions. Build long-term relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-ups. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance. Maintain deep product knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and precious jewelry. Coordinate with the operations team for timely order processing and after-sales service. Handle client queries and ensure a smooth, premium buying experience. Participate in in-store promotions, exhibitions, and events. Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall showroom upkeep. Requirements:Minimum 2–5 years of experience in jewelry retail sales. Strong communication and client engagement skills. Result-oriented mindset with a flair for luxury sales. Pleasant personality and professional grooming. Store Timing : 10:30 AM - 8:00 PM
