Telecalling Executive

Position: Telecaller (Demat Account Sales)Location: Konnagar, West Bengal Salary Range: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Weekly Off: Sunday Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and motivated Telecaller to join our Sharekhan Konnagar Branch team. The candidate should have prior experience in the stock market domain, particularly in calling and converting leads for Demat and trading account openings. Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):Lead Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided lead databases. Explain the benefits of opening a Demat and trading account with Sharekhan. Client Engagement: Understand client requirements and provide appropriate financial solutions. Handle client queries courteously and professionally. 2.Sales Conversion: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for Demat account openings. Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, or emails until the account is successfully opened. 3.Documentation Support: Guide customers through the account opening process. Coordinate with the back-office team for documentation and compliance. 4.Reporting: Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions. Submit daily call logs and performance reports to the branch manager. 5.Market Awareness: Stay updated with basic capital market knowledge and Sharekhan's offerings. Promote current offers, plans, and benefits. Candidate Requirements:Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in telecalling, preferably in the stock market domain. Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi (Basic English preferred). Knowledge of Demat and trading accounts is a must. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated under pressure.
