Job Description

Make outbound and inbound calls to customers. Provide accurate information about the company's products/services. Handle customer queries professionally and offer suitable solutions. Follow up with leads and convert them into potential customers. Maintain daily call records and share reports with management. Update and manage customer data on the computer. Requirements:Experience in telecalling or customer service is mandatory (1–2 years). Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, basic typing). Strong communication skills—Hindi required; English or local language is an added advantage. Ability to achieve sales targets. Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
