Job Description – Female Telecaller Position: Telecaller (Female) Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year Location: Sahibabad ghaziabad ] Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a Female Telecaller with good communication and coordination skills to manage inbound and outbound calls. The role involves assisting clients, providing information, and maintaining records. This is a non-sales role, focused purely on support and communication. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls and address client queries in a polite and professional manner. Make outbound follow-up calls for information sharing, reminders, or feedback collection. Maintain accurate records of calls and update the database regularly. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requests/queries are resolved. Provide clear and correct information to clients as per company guidelines. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling / customer service / front desk. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Data Entry). Strong listening skills, patience, and a customer-first attitude. Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.
