Role & responsibilities

HILD DEFENCE AND AEROSPACE PVT.LTD

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor product/service demonstrations accordingly.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions for prospective clients.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other client documentation with accurate technical and business information.
  • Understand and analyze client requirements to suggest the best solutions aligned with their needs.
  • Provide input for proposals, pricing, and technical solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Liaise with product and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and in line with client expectations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new clients post-sales if needed.
  • Attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in a pre-sales, business development, or customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
