Role & responsibilities

HILD DEFENCE AND AEROSPACE PVT.LTD

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor product/service demonstrations accordingly.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions for prospective clients.
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other client documentation with accurate technical and business information.
Understand and analyze client requirements to suggest the best solutions aligned with their needs.
Provide input for proposals, pricing, and technical solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
Liaise with product and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and in line with client expectations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, industry trends, and competitors.
Assist in training and onboarding new clients post-sales if needed.
Attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
13 years of experience in a pre-sales, business development, or customer-facing technical role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) is a plus.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
