Requirements ● 1+ Year Experience: Telecalling/telesales in US market sales (outbound + inbound). ● Fluent English: Clear, neutral accent with strong persuasion and active listening skills. ● Sales-Driven: Proven ability to meet/exceed targets in fast-paced environments. ● Tech Basics: Familiarity with CRM tools, dialers, and remote support software
