Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads/sales. Handle inbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide information about products/services. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Explain products/services to customers clearly and convincingly. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics. Stay updated with product knowledge, offers, and promotions.
