Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions. Understand client needs and align them with the firm’s legal and financial solutions. Manage and oversee loan-related processes, including documentation and approvals. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and client outreach. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support. Collaborate with legal and financial teams to deliver customized solutions. Monitor market trends and recommend strategies to expand client base. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in Banking, Loans, or Relationship Management. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of financial products and loan processes is an added advantage. Ability to build trust and maintain long-term professional relationships. Target-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
