Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, sharing information about products or services, and generating leads or appointments for the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers and explain the company’s products/services. Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular contact. Handle customer queries professionally and redirect complex issues to the concerned department. Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Work with the sales or marketing team to support lead generation activities. Requirements: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate Good communication skills in [mention required languages – e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi] Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry) Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or lead generation is a plus Confident, polite, and goal-oriented personality Benefits: Fixed salary + incentives Training and support provided Comfortable and professional work environment Opportunities for career growth in sales or customer relations Ours is an NGO caring orphan children since last 20 years.
