Job Description

Position:

  • Handle

    inbound customer calls

    and provide accurate information or assistance.
  • Respond to customer queries through

    chat support

    whenever required.
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly attitude at all times.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Log all interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system accurately.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members or supervisors.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call handling and productivity targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth support operations.

  • 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in telecalling/support roles (freshers can also apply).

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills for chat support.

  • Ability to listen actively and handle customers with patience.

  • Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
