Role & responsibilities Implement and maintain an automation-based CRM system to manage student, batch, and client data. Design and configure automated workflows, dashboards, and reminders for students and staff. Manage data for over 50,000 students , including registration, attendance, training, certification, and placement tracking. Develop automation workflows and scripts using tools such as workflow builders or scripting platforms. Integrate CRM with WhatsApp, Email, and online registration portals for seamless communication. Automate report generation, follow-ups, and student performance updates for management. Create AI-assisted systems for online student registration and lead monitoring across India. Analyze student and placement data to develop real-time dashboards and performance insights . Coordinate with departments to ensure accurate data flow and timely information sharing. Maintain data security, regular backups, and access control across all digital systems. Identify and resolve system, automation, and integration-related issues. Collaborate with external software vendors for customization and technical support. Train institute staff to use CRM, automation, and data tools effectively. Document all workflows, automation processes, and operational guidelines. Continuously identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
