About Leekir Leekir connects adventurers with safe, guided trekking and pilgrimage experiences across India. We work with trusted tour guides, local operators, and community partners to deliver well-managed group adventures. 🔹 Responsibilities 1. Lead Calling & Customer Outreach Call incoming leads generated from Instagram, WhatsApp, website, and ads. Explain trek packages, itineraries, pricing & inclusions. Guide customers through booking steps. Send WhatsApp follow-up messages. Maintain call logs, status updates, and CRM sheets. 2. Tour Guide/Partner Onboarding Call freelance trekking guides, tour leaders, and local operators. Explain Leekir’s model, commission structure, and onboarding process. Collect required details (ID, experience, trek expertise, availability). Maintain a database of verified guides and contacts. Build relationships with local partners for future departures. 3. On-Trek Support & Issue Handling During an ongoing trek batch, the caller should: Be available to receive customer or guide calls if an issue arises. Assist with clarifications about itinerary, weather, transport, etc. Coordinate between trekkers, guides, and the operations team. Provide calm guidance in case of small issues (delays, meeting points, etc.). (Note: NOT emergency rescue — only coordination and communication.) 4. Operations Support Assist with sharing PDFs, trek checklists, instructions, and pickup info. Verify that customers receive pre-trek updates (packing list, timing, meeting points). Track batch rosters and guide assignments. 🔹 Requirements Clear communication in both Hindi & English Comfortable making 60–80 calls/day (mix of leads + guide outreach) Basic smartphone/laptop + stable internet Ability to stay calm with anxious customers Good listening skills Basic Excel/Sheets familiarity Past telecalling/customer care experience is helpful but NOT mandatory Comfortable with light weekend on-call support during active trek batches (optional but preferred) 🔹 What You Get Fixed monthly salary + performance incentives (per booking + per guide onboarded) Work-from-home flexibility Training on treks, itineraries, customer queries, and processes Growth path: Senior operations / community manager / guide management roles Simple, supportive work environment
