Coordinate with U.S. nurse/operations teams for escalations.
Maintain
HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality
at all times.

Requirements

Education
: Graduate (any discipline, preference for life sciences or business).
Experience
:

3-6 years in
telecalling / BPO / patient engagement
.
Prior U.S. healthcare experience (RCM, patient outreach) is an advantage.

Skills
:

Excellent English communication skills (neutral accent).
Strong persuasion & patient-handling skills.
Familiarity with healthcare terms (BP, diabetes, insurance, Medicare).
Comfort with CRM/EHR tools and VoIP platforms.
