Job Description: Telecaller Healthcare Outreach (U.S. Shift) Company: Aetos Healthcare Location: Hyderabad, India (Work from Home / Hybrid) Shift: U.S. Timings (EST/CST/PST based on project) Experience: 3-6 years (Healthcare BPO/Telecalling preferred) Salary Range: 25,000 -40,000 per month + Incentives About Aetos Healthcare Aetos Healthcare is a U.S.-based physician-led company specializing in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), Behavioral Health Integration (BHI), and AI-powered healthcare solutions . Our mission is to help U.S. physicians improve patient outcomes while increasing practice revenue through compliant, technology-driven care programs. Role Overview We are seeking dynamic telecallers to engage with U.S. patients, explain healthcare programs (RPM/CCM), and obtain verbal consent for enrollment . You will be the first point of contact for patients, playing a critical role in building trust and ensuring smooth onboarding. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to patients from physician-provided lists. Educate patients about Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), CCM, and related programs . Explain insurance coverage (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers) and answer basic questions. Obtain verbal consent using CMS-compliant scripts. Accurately document call outcomes in CRM/EHR systems (Zoho). Coordinate with U.S. nurse/operations teams for escalations. Maintain HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality at all times. Requirements Education : Graduate (any discipline, preference for life sciences or business). Experience : 3-6 years in telecalling / BPO / patient engagement . Prior U.S. healthcare experience (RCM, patient outreach) is an advantage. Skills : Excellent English communication skills (neutral accent). Strong persuasion & patient-handling skills. Familiarity with healthcare terms (BP, diabetes, insurance, Medicare). Comfort with CRM/EHR tools and VoIP platforms. Other : Willingness to work night shifts (U.S. hours) . Strong attention to detail and documentation. Empathetic, patient-focused attitude. Performance Metrics (KPIs) 80-100 outbound calls/day. 20-30% patient enrollment conversion. 95%+ accuracy in documentation. 100% compliance with HIPAA & CMS scripts. Compensation & Benefits Salary: 25,000-40,000/month (based on experience). Performance incentives linked to enrollments. Structured training in U.S. healthcare, HIPAA, and RPM/CCM programs . Career growth into Team Lead / Trainer roles .
