Job Description

  • Outbound Calls:

    Initiate calls to prospects and existing customers to promote products or services, generate interest, and secure sales or appointments.
  • Inbound Calls:

    Handle incoming customer inquiries, provide information, and address complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Lead Generation:

    Identify and follow up on leads, effectively converting prospects into customers by highlighting product benefits and features.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update CRM databases, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales & Engagement:

    Meet daily/weekly call targets and sales or engagement goals, and contribute to overall team performance.
  • Market Research:

    Gather customer feedback and data to identify trends and relay insights to relevant departments.
  • Documentation & Reporting:

    Maintain call logs, MIS reports, and provide updates on activities to team leaders.
