Candidate Profile: FROM REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY ONLY WE ARE LOOKING

  • Prior experience in real estate Telecalling / CRM operations.
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Skilled in CRM software for daily lead and sales reporting.
  • Graduate degree required; additional training in customer service/CRM is an advantage.
  • Professional, polite, and customer-focused approach.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries received from:
  • Property portals
  • Digital media campaigns (social media, website, ads)
  • IVR / inbound calling systems
  • Conduct proper follow-ups with every lead to ensure timely responses.
  • Share project details, explain offerings, and schedule site visits with Sales Executives.
  • Maintain accurate and updated data in the CRM system.
  • Provide daily reports of lead status, follow-ups, and sales coordination through CRM.
  • Support Sales Managers and Executives in client communication and after-sales servicing.
