Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller_Hindi at StuCred® in Chennai. The Telecaller_Hindi will be responsible for making calls to college students, explaining the features and benefits of StuCred, assisting with account creation, and guiding students through the loan process.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Hindi language for effective communication
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Customer service experience or call center experience
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner
• Good listening skills and empathy towards customers
• Comfortable with making cold calls and following scripts
• Basic knowledge of financial services and loan processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls
