Telecaller

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Tele caller cum Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining our legal services to potential clients, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases or leads. Explain the company’s legal services clearly and confidently. Identify client requirements and suggest appropriate legal services. Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact until conversion. Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Maintain and update CRM records with client interactions and sales data. Meet weekly and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with legal and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients. Provide excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships. Required Skills & Qualifications: Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. 0–3 years of experience in tele calling, tele sales, or a customer-facing role (preferably in legal, financial, or consulting services). Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus). Strong convincing skills with a positive attitude and ability to handle rejections.
