We are a fast‑moving online brand focused on driving sales and exceptional customer experience through proactive telecalling, lead conversion and relationship management across India. This is a fully remote, target‑driven telecalling role supporting marketing and sales campaigns.Primary Job Title
Remote Telecaller (Work From Home)
Role & Responsibilities
- Make high‑volume outbound and handle inbound calls to engage leads and existing customers—qualify prospects, present offers, and convert to sales or appointments.
- Achieve and consistently exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets (calls, conversions, revenue) while maintaining call quality and compliance.
- Log and update customer interactions, lead status and outcomes accurately in the CRM; follow scripted flows and personalise conversations to increase conversion rates.
- Follow up on marketing‑generated leads, cart abandonments, special promotions and targeted campaigns to recover lost sales and drive repeat purchases.
- Resolve basic customer queries; escalate complex issues to the relevant teams and close the loop to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track personal KPIs, provide regular performance updates, and participate in training to refine scripts, objection handling and product knowledge.
Skills & Qualifications
Must‑Have
- 1+ years telecalling/telemarketing or inside sales experience (remote or contact centre) with measurable targets for calls and conversions.
- Clear, confident spoken English and Hindi (ability to speak regional languages is an advantage); strong phone etiquette and persuasive communication.
- Familiarity with basic CRMs (Zoho, Freshsales, HubSpot or similar) and comfort logging activity accurately.
- Target‑driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet quotas, manage follow‑ups, and close over the phone.
- Reliable remote work set‑up: stable internet, quiet workspace, and basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, browser).
- Strong time management, discipline to work independently and good listening/objection‑handling skills.
Preferred
- Experience with e‑commerce brands, retail sales or fashion/apparel product knowledge.
- Exposure to sales script optimisation, A/B testing, or KPI dashboards and performance analytics.
- Additional language proficiency (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Marathi) to cover regional markets.
