Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain health insurance plans and their benefits.
  • Answer inbound calls to provide information, resolve queries, and assist with health insurance plan selection.
  • Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and offering suitable insurance products.
  • Explain policy details, terms, and coverage options in a clear and concise manner.
  • Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure timely conversion and renewals.
  • Achieve sales targets by converting leads into successful sales and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, calls, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines, processes, and customer service standards.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional health insurance products to customers.
  • Assist customers with policy claims and provide necessary support during the claim process.
  • Provide after-sales support to clients, ensuring they are satisfied with their insurance plans.
