Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain health insurance plans and their benefits.
Answer inbound calls to provide information, resolve queries, and assist with health insurance plan selection.
Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and offering suitable insurance products.
Explain policy details, terms, and coverage options in a clear and concise manner.
Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure timely conversion and renewals.
Achieve sales targets by converting leads into successful sales and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, calls, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines, processes, and customer service standards.
Upsell and cross-sell additional health insurance products to customers.
Assist customers with policy claims and provide necessary support during the claim process.
Provide after-sales support to clients, ensuring they are satisfied with their insurance plans.
