Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain the company’s services. Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information to customers. Follow up on leads and maintain call logs and records of customer interactions. Achieve daily and monthly targets assigned by the team lead/manager. Maintain a professional and polite tone during all customer interactions. Coordinate with the sales/counseling team to schedule appointments or meetings. Update CRM or lead management systems regularly. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and ability to handle rejections or objections professionally. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred). Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service will be an added advantage. Freshers are also welcome.
