Were hiring

experienced female Telecallers

in Choolaimedu, Chennai. Must be confident, clear-speaking, and persuasive with a real estate or construction telecalling background. Handle client

calls, explain projects, and drive

conversions with the sales team.

Roles Responsibilities

Engage leads via calls
from CRM and campaigns; explain project details, pricing offers.

Coordinate appointments
and site visits with the Sales Team efficiently.

Handle inquiries
from Meta, Google Ads online sources; convert them into hot leads.

Maintain call records
, lead status, and share brochures/videos through WhatsApp or email.

Provide daily updates
to sales manager with lead progress and feedback.

Requirements

2+ years of telecalling experience
, preferably in real estate or construction.

Fluent in Tamil English
with excellent communication and soft skills.

Strong in
client handling, persuasion, and consistent follow-ups
.

Female candidates only
, with good phone etiquette and a pleasant tone.

Familiar with
CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets
