Roles & Responsibilities

via walk-ins, field visits & online platforms.
Conduct site visits

and network with brokers & referral partners.
Maintain daily reports
on leads, visits & negotiations; ensure CRM updates.
Collaborate with marketing to

Requirements

2+ years of experience
in residential real estate or construction sales.
Strong communication
in Tamil & English; skilled in client handling and closures.
Proven ability to
meet targets
, manage pressure & drive conversions.
Local market knowledge
of Chennai with willingness to travel for site visits.
Familiarity with
CRM tools, Excel
