Job Description – Telecaller (Sales & Lead Conversion)Location: Navallur, OMR, Chennai Company: The Live Young Clinic Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 (Fixed) + Incentives up to ₹20,000 Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM About The Live Young ClinicThe Live Young Clinic is a premium skin, hair, and aesthetic wellness center based in Navallur, OMR. We specialize in advanced treatments like PRP, GFC, QR678, laser hair removal, facials, and anti-aging solutions. We're looking for a proactive and energetic Telecaller who can convert inquiries into appointments and drive revenue growth. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential clients. Follow up on leads generated from ads, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and referrals. Explain clinic services, offers, and treatment benefits effectively. Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and drive sales via calls and WhatsApp. Maintain an organized database of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Coordinate with the front office team to manage bookings smoothly. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management. Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 6 months – 2 years in telecalling / inside sales / customer service preferred. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome. Excellent spoken communication in English, Tamil, and Hindi (preferred). Persuasive, confident, and result-driven personality. Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing and basic CRM tools is an added advantage. Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively. Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 (based on experience & skillset). Performance-Based Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 per month.
