Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales cum Front Desk Executive at a Hair & Skin Clinic with two branches located in OMR and Nungambakkam, Chennai . We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the aesthetic industry and a proven track record of success in sales. Key Responsibilities Consult with potential clients about our range of aesthetic services and treatments. Build rapport and establish relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals. Manage sales targets and achieve monthly/quarterly quotas. Handle front office communication and customer calls. Bookkeeping and tracking client records and feedback. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the aesthetic industry. Implement innovative ideas to promote the company's services. Strong upselling skills needed as per patient needs. Uphold ethical standards and patient confidentiality in all aspects of clinical practice. Experience in selling and upselling of cosmetic services and products. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably in the aesthetic or beauty industry. Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments and procedures.
