Perform accurate data entry of customer details, bookings, call logs, and follow-ups. Maintain and update Excel sheets for daily call reports, leads, orders, and customer records. Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth order processing. Provide professional customer support and resolve basic issues or escalate when required.
