Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, believes in the power of education, and wants to grow in the counseling and education domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and counsel parents/students regarding our courses and admission process.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with clarity and empathy.
• Maintain follow-ups with interested leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Record and update daily call logs and follow-up details in CRM/excel.
• Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for smooth communication.
• Participate in campaigns, school outreach, and promotional activities when required.

Requirements

• Must be

  based in Dehradun

  and available for

• Excellent communication skills in

  Hindi and English

  .
• Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Prior experience in counseling, telecalling, or customer service will be an added advantage.
