Job Title: Tele caller – Training & Placement Institute Location: T.Nagar Job Type: Full-time Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers welcome) Salary: 15000 to 25000 Working Days: Monday to Saturday Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Tele caller to join our training and placement institute. You will be responsible for contacting potential students, explaining our training programs, and converting inquiries into enrolments. You will also help coordinate placement support by staying in touch with candidates and recruiters. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective students and working professionals. Explain training courses, certifications, fees, and career benefits. Follow up on leads through calls, messages, and emails. Maintain and update the student database with complete information. Handle inbound queries professionally and convert them to enrollments. Coordinate with counselors, trainers, and placement officers. Share job openings and placement opportunities with students via call or messages. Schedule meetings or counseling sessions for interested candidates. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and enrollment targets. Required Skills:Excellent communication skills in English and [regional language if applicable]. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools). Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Good interpersonal and persuasion skills. Quick learner with a positive attitude. Ability to work in a team and meet targets. Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
