Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a TeleCaller- Team Leader located in Mumbai at JewelCasa. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of TeleCallers, managing day-to-day calling activities, monitoring team performance, providing feedback and coaching, and ensuring targets are met. You will also be responsible for handling customer escalations and resolving issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Experience in call center or customer service leadership roles
• Ability to motivate and drive team performance
• Knowledge of CRM systems and call center technologies
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Experience in the jewellery industry is Mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
