Position: Telecaller Team Lead
Location: Tender Palm Super Speciality Hospital, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years (Candidates without hospital experience need not apply)

Job Description:
Tender Palm Super Speciality Hospital is looking for a Telecaller Team Lead to oversee and manage its telecalling operations. The candidate should have prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setup, with strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the telecalling team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Ensure smooth coordination between patients and hospital departments.
• Monitor call quality and maintain excellent patient interaction standards.
• Manage and track patient inquiries, follow-ups, and appointment confirmations.
• Handle escalated patient issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller Team Lead or Senior Telecaller in a hospital or healthcare organization (mandatory).
• Strong data management skills for maintaining and analyzing patient call records.
• Experience in preparing business reports, revenue reports, daily call reports, and monthly call reports.
• Ability to compile and present daily and monthly IPD/OPD data received through the telecalling team.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
