Job Description

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of application support executives.
Act as the escalation point for complex technical and functional issues related to online trading applications, back-office systems, and mobile/web platforms.
Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues
Act as the primary escalation point for market-related issues during live trading sessions and ensure minimal downtime.
Hands-on experience with online/web-based applications and mobile trading apps.
Strong understanding of capital markets, stock exchanges, depositories, and trading workflows.
Strong client service orientation with excellent communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
