Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at Talentis Consultants in Vapi. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling incoming calls, and providing information about the services offered by Talentis Consultants. The role will also involve scheduling appointments and maintaining call logs. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to persuade and influence others Strong customer service orientation Proficient in using telecommunication systems Good organizational skills Experience in telemarketing or customer service roles Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical and Chemical industries is a plus Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
