Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telecaller to join our team, focusing on bond calls related to machinery products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our machinery offerings, and fostering strong customer relationships to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our machinery products and services. Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and provide tailored information to address their requirements. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of machinery products to accurately inform and advise customers. Sales Conversion: Persuade potential customers to make purchasing decisions, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets. Record Keeping: Document all customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities in the CRM system. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales opportunities. Customer Support: Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.
