Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems Proficiency in Hindi, English, or regional language Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from the given database Handle inbound customer queries related to products or services Provide information about offerings clearly and persuasively Follow up on previous interactions and maintain lead tracking Maintain call logs and update customer data accurately Schedule appointments, demos, or meetings as per requirement Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the supervisor Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional tone with all customers Escalate complex issues to senior team members Key Skills Required: Excellent communication and listening skills Convincing and persuasive nature Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM entry) Patience, confidence, and positive attitude Ability to handle rejections and meet targets
