Telecaller

We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to new app users, engaging them in meaningful conversations, and converting them into warm leads for our mutual fund sales team. Your contribution will be crucial in creating the first connection with potential investors and building trust in our platform. Key Responsibilities: Lead Engagement & Qualification: Call new app users to introduce them to our platform and services. Understand user interest, investment needs, and financial goals through structured conversations. Qualify leads and prepare them for follow-up by the sales team. Client Education & Support: Clearly explain mutual fund basics, SIP benefits, and our platform’s value proposition in a simple, relatable way. Address user queries, doubts, and concerns to create trust and comfort. Share guidance on how to get started with small, consistent investments. Relationship Building: Build rapport with users to nurture trust and long-term engagement. Maintain polite, professional, and customer-centric communication at all times. Encourage users to take the next step towards starting their investment journey. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and user interaction details in the CRM. Share daily/weekly updates on lead conversion progress with the sales team. Provide feedback from users to help improve product offerings and communication strategies.
