Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and confident English Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office, and the ability to handle telecalling responsibilities effectively. Skills Required: Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written) Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office Ability to manage calls, maintain records, and prepare reports Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills Experience: Prior experience in telecalling / customer service / telesales will be preferred Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply Key Responsibilities:Making outbound calls and handling inbound calls as required Explaining services/courses/products to prospective clients Maintaining and updating Excel Sheet in MS Excel and other reporting formats Following up with leads and ensuring proper communication flow Supporting the team with data entry and documentation work
