Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Insurance Telecaller to join our team. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, explaining insurance products, and assisting them through the process of understanding their coverage options. You will also handle inbound and outbound calls, manage customer inquiries, and drive sales for various insurance plans. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Make calls to prospective clients to promote and sell insurance products (life, health, auto, home, etc.). Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through calls, understanding their needs, and matching them with suitable insurance products. Customer Inquiries: Answer incoming calls from potential and existing customers to answer questions about insurance products, policies, and claims processes. Product Explanation: Clearly explain insurance plans and coverage details to clients, helping them understand the benefits and features of different products. Sales Target: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by closing sales or generating qualified leads. Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with potential customers and convert leads into active policies. Data Entry: Accurately enter customer details, sales data, and interactions into the CRM system. Customer Retention: Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Market Feedback: Gather insights and feedback from customers to help improve the sales process and product offerings. Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus (preferably in the insurance sector). Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and concisely. Sales-Oriented: Must be goal-driven and comfortable with cold calling and follow-up activities. Customer-Focused: Ability to build rapport with clients and deliver excellent customer service. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, MS Office, and other communication tools. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and resolve issues effectively. Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi, English, Marathi Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in the insurance industry or similar telecalling roles. Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and the insurance sales process. Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment. Training and professional development opportunities.
