Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and courteous Customer Support Executive to handle after-sales service calls for Sunshine kitchen appliances. The role involves addressing customer issues, coordinating with service engineers, and ensuring quick resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction. 🛠️ Responsibilities:Answer inbound service and support calls from customers and retailers Register service requests, complaints, and warranty queries Coordinate with technicians and service engineers for scheduling visits Update and follow up on service job sheets and pending issues Maintain service records in Excel / Zoho CRM or internal software Provide timely updates to customers regarding resolution Assist in feedback collection and escalation handling Ensure quick turnaround time and professional communication
