Job description – Telesales As Telesales sales, who is passionate about customer sales and services and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The Telesales will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, answering inbound calls from customers, and providing excellent customer sales and service. Roles and Responsibilities ·        Good communication oral and written in English kannada & Hindi. ·        Achieving the targets as per company requirements. ·        Great networking skills. ·        Self-starter. ·        Story-telling. Lead generation and procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth and collaboration with various business networking groups. Meet and convert prospective clients by explaining about the business. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained. Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes. Generateting revenue. Implement different ways to approach and attract prospective clients. Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices. Promote the companys brand in various networking platforms. Regular discussions and interaction with the management and business leaders. Updation of Funnel and trackers of the leads that are generated till conversion. Lead Generation through , Digital and other sources by devising efficient marketing strategies (Use of Demographics and Psychographics, Story Telling). ·        Campaign Creation and Management. ·        Explore new markets for lead generation going beyond the current targeted customers. Multitasking. Shift time - 9:30am - 6:30pm week off -1 rotational week off
