Job Title CRE (Customer Relationship Executive) Tele caller – Solar Training Programs Organization DOS Suncity Solar Business School Job Summary The CRE Tele caller is responsible for handling inquiries related to solar training sessions, counseling students about solar courses, batch schedules, certifications, and career opportunities in the solar industry. The role focuses on student engagement, admissions support, and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls related to solar training courses Explain details of solar training sessions (basic, advanced, installer, supervisor level) Counsel students and working professionals about course benefits and job opportunities Follow up with interested candidates via calls and WhatsApp Share course brochures, batch details, and fee structure Maintain student inquiry and admission data in CRM / Excel Schedule demo classes, counseling sessions, and training enrollments Coordinate with training faculty and admissions team Achieve daily calling and enrollment targets Required Skills & Knowledge Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred) Ability to explain technical courses in a simple way Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email) Convincing, patient, and student-friendly approach Interest or basic knowledge of solar / renewable energy (training will be provided) Qualifications 10+2 / Graduate in any stream Experience in education counseling, tele calling, or training institutes is an advantage Experience 6–2 years of experience in student counseling or tele calling Training will be provided for solar course knowledge   Work Location Office-based role Location: Jaipur Salary As per company standards + performance-based incentives and salary
