Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade potential customers. You will be responsible for generating leads, making sales, or collecting information through telephone calls. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer questions or concerns. Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer responses in the CRM system. Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets. Provide accurate information to customers about products/services. Report daily progress to the supervisor or team leader. Schedule appointments or product demonstrations where necessary. Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in the local language; knowledge of English is a plus. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools). Ability to handle rejection and remain positive. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
