Tele caller (Education Sales & Support) Empowering aspirants to achieve their goals in UGC NET, TNSET, TRB, TNTET, and TNPSC. Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential students and parents. Provide accurate information about courses, fees, schedules, and admissions. Handle incoming inquiries and follow up with interested candidates. Maintain a database of leads and update call status regularly. Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication and persuasion. Coordinate with the admissions team for further process. Maintain good relationships with students and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Skills Required: Excellent communication in Tamil and English Pleasant and confident phone manner. Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM updates).
