We are hiring a dedicated Telecaller to join our institution. The role involves contacting prospective students, answering their queries, and explaining about our institution, courses, facilities, and opportunities. The Telecaller will play a key role in guiding students to choose the right program and ensuring admissions follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to students who have shown interest in our institution.
• Handle incoming calls and explain about our institution, facilities, and available courses.
• Clearly communicate course structure, duration, fees, and benefits.
• Guide students through the admission process.
• Maintain proper call logs and update student details in the CRM/system.
• Follow up with interested students until admission is completed.
• Support marketing and admission campaigns by providing student feedback and responses.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any discipline).
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English.
• Ability to explain institution and courses confidently.
• Strong convincing and student-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, CRM).
• Experience in telecalling/education counseling preferred (Freshers can also apply).
