Telecaller

Mayabious Group which is in business for almost two decades, is venturing into a new startup business of Finance DSA.

Initially, it will deal with business and personal loans, and gradually include Mutual Funds also.

Based out of Delhi and Kolkata

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team, focusing on generating leads and assisting in the sales of Business Loans and Personal Loans. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telecalling within the financial sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads for business and personal loans.
• Utilize scripts to introduce loan products and services

Client Needs Assessment:

• Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and assess eligibility for loan products.
• Provide detailed information about loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options.

Appointment Scheduling:

• Schedule appointments for follow-up calls or meetings with the sales team.

Database Management:

• Maintain an updated database of client interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Sales Target Achievement:

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent: a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in telecalling, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• Sales Skills: Strong persuasive skills with the ability to close sales.
• Customer-Centric: Ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
