Beauty Therapist

The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering a variety of spa treatments in a safe and comfortable manner. This includes massage therapy, body treatments, facials, and other services as offered by the spa. The therapist is expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness, customer service, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:Perform professional spa treatments such as massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other wellness services. Evaluate clients’ needs and provide personalized treatment recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and equipment. Ensure all treatments are performed in line with spa protocols and health regulations. Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat business through excellent customer service. Promote spa services, packages, and retail products. Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and preferences. Attend training sessions and keep certifications up to date. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly. Comply with safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards and policies. Qualifications:Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Esthetics, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a spa or wellness center (preferred). Knowledge of different massage techniques and skincare treatments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Physically fit to perform treatments for extended periods. Working Conditions:Flexible working hours including weekends and holidays.
