Job Description

International/UK B2B Telecaller (IT Sales) — Full-time

Full-time | Work From Office | 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST, Mon–Fri

Important: Experience handling calls for International/UK clients is mandatory.

Must-Haves (read first)

  • Proven International/UK telecalling experience (mandatory).
  • Candidates without International/UK tele-calling experience will not be considered.
  • Clear, neutral/UK-friendly accent.
  • Prior experience selling to International clients, IT sales experience will be preferred
  • Min. 3+ year in IT sales to International/UK clients or International BPO
  • Strong objection handling and end-to-end B2B sales cycle skills (prospecting → discovery → objections → next steps/closing).
  • Proficient with CRM and basic spreadsheets; maintain clean pipeline hygiene.
  • Comfortable in a performance-tracked environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Make 50–60 outbound calls/day to International/USA/Gulf/UK prospects
  • Do quick pre-call research (2–3 mins) using our framework, talk tracks, and CRM workflow.
  • Handle objections and drive to clear next steps/meetings.
  • Log concise, accurate CRM notes after each call (1–3 mins).
  • Support lead generation (account/contact research, list building).
  • Follow structured procedures to identify new leads and filter lead lists for quality outreach. (Experience with this is preferred).
  • Design and execute cold email campaigns using our proven templates, frameworks, and processes. (Experience with this is preferred).
  • Support lead generation (account/contact research, list building).
  • Join client calls; prep materials/data beforehand.
  • Create simple assets in Canva; assist social media marketing (training provided).
  • Prepare weekly reports and support related office tasks.

Work Setup & Tracking

  • Hours: 12:00–9:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday.
  • Mode: Work from Office only, anywhere in India.
  • Tracking: Standard activity/call metrics (details in interview).

Targets:

There will be defined targets for both number of calls and sales conversions.
