Telecaller Sales Executive

Job Description:

Position Overview:
The Telesales Representative will be responsible for generating sales and promoting products/services over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential customers to promote products/services and generate sales.
• Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs, answer queries, and provide information to facilitate purchasing decisions.
• Sales Closing: Persuade customers to make purchases, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through research and cold calling.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM software.
• Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
